Vault Mitra is built on a enterprise-grade architecture. This means we do not have access to your master password or your encrypted vault data. We cannot reset your master password or decrypt your data under any circumstances.

Your data is encrypted locally on your device using AES-256 before being transmitted to our servers over an encrypted TLS connection.
